Did you know that notifying the Immigration Court that you have moved might not be enough to have the location of the next hearing changed to a more convenient location? Sometimes the Court might change the location of the hearing once you file Form EOIR-33, but to be sure, you should file a Motion for Change of Venue to formally make that request.
As with any motion before the Immigration Court, you will want to follow the Immigration Court Practice Manual to ensure that your motion will be properly and timely filed.
